Price, including breakfast, served in the living-room: double occupancy - 65 euro per night                 single occupancy   - 35 euro per night

The small room Annette is meant as a sleeping room for people, who like to explore the City during the daytime. Only the cupboards have a rather big size and for the rest the room is compactly built, using nearly every square inch. However, on the other hand, the comfortable double bed is made up with clean sheets and two pillows each. From the bed you can watch TV, enjoy the skylight and jump into the mini-mini shower/toilet, which is built ensuite. The fitted washstand is equipped with hot and cold water, a hairdryer and two towels  are provided for each person. The internet connection wire in the room makes it possible to use your laptop.

Since March 2010 the room has been "expanded" a bit and now there is also a fridge, microwave, pizzatoaster and a coffee maker in the room. Coffee, milk and sugar are provided in the price. These equipments makes it possible to rent the room also without the breakfast for 59 euro per night. (double occupancy)

In the night it is quiet and in the morning you wake up with whistling birds, which you can see threw the skylight,  flying over from the Vondelpark.
